Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for a high-energy, experienced Marketing Strategist to coordinate our public image and manage all aspects of our social media and grow our brand. The perfect candidate should demonstrate leadership skills, take initiative, be a self-starter, thrive under pressure, love to adapt to ever-changing plans, and have a passion for creating engaging content and event experiences in-person and online.

In the marketing strategist role, you will be responsible for setting objectives to create profitable and concerted marketing strategies for the company and its clients. You will design marketing campaigns and spearhead market research efforts. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to help bolster the company’s market share while remaining consistent with brand identity.

Our marketing strategist position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency. This position reports to the Director; Sales. This is a salaried exempt position.

EPS adheres to a 40 hour per week schedule, though there are times due to unforeseen demands of projects that more than 40 hours per week may be required.

Your Day to Day

  • Set specific and measurable goals for marketing efforts, such as customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue generation.
  • Conduct market research to gather and analyze information about customers and the industry.
  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards.
  • Research, develop, and communicate strategic marketing plans to meet the company's goals.
  • Source, curate, create and publish engaging content through unique posts.
  • Day-to-day planning and execution of social media calendar and social content strategy
  • Up-to-date with social trends, behaviors, and content usage.
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
  • Create and manage robust, innovative swag merchandise inventory.
  • Manage and maintain internal marketing portal.
  • Lead and optimize marketing efforts for company campaigns.
  • Use online analytics to inform future marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Manage the brand's social media identity and keep up with shifting online trends, brainstorming innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns align with branding.
  • Ensure compliance with Brand Style Guide across all departments and with all marketing collateral and events. Update Style Guide as necessary.
  • Create all collateral materials including newsletter, maintain mailing list, Facebook posts, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Update website, including: current events, job postings, new images, white papers, etc.
  • Plan and execute tradeshow and conference events, including client appreciation parties, exhibition space and design, and networking events with vendors and business partners. Responsibilities may vary, but may include, execution of logistics, budgets, timelines, collateral, sponsorships, food and beverage, entertainment, and summary reports for all events.
  • Work with Sales, Projects, and Design to professionally photograph projects each quarter.
  • Work with sales/design to choose projects to apply for various awards.
  • Design, prepare, and send Holiday greeting cards.
  • Create articles and press releases per the Strategic Marketing Plan related to the legal industry that are engaging for readers.
  • Engage and interface regularly with media partners and outlets to keep the EPS brand at the forefront of industry awareness.
  • Analyze website performance data to enhance the effectiveness of content.
  • Prepare content for the web using basic HTML.
  • Setup and manage Google Analytics including goals and conversion tracking.
  • Optimize website content to meet current best SEO practices.
  • Develop quality inbound links to help achieve first page organic rankings in Google and other search engines.
  • This position is fully engrained in all aspects of the company and requires the ability to effectively manage different types of people as well as the ability to be resilient and optimistic through different organizational/departmental changes.
  • Demonstrate the values of the strategic plan, vision, and mission of the organization.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in successful brand management, including overall design of strategy and creation of collateral materials, showing increased performance metrics based on marketing data and KPI’s.
  • Experience in developing strategies to drive traffic to a sales team.
  • Able to perform academic research and write unique, high-quality content (must provide quality writing samples).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Exhibits self-motivation and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to thoroughly proofread content and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Can manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously.
  • Understands best marketing practices for website copy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to innovate and develop new strategies, techniques, and methods.
  • Eager to learn and excel in leading successful online marketing campaigns for businesses.
  • Familiar with Chat GPT / AI.
  • Experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant video, graphic, and content management software platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Eager for feedback leading to personal improvement.
  • An ability to work independently and be a team player.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In, etc.
  • Experience with Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with SEMRush / Ahrefs and/or other SEO data tools is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks as well as multitasking.
  • Willingness to work long hours, often under pressure.
  • Ability to work weekend and evening hours, as required.

Your Work Environment

This position is a hybrid position, with ¾ time in the home office in Henderson, Nevada, and ¼ time working remotely. Most work will be performed in an office environment. Anticipated travel is minimal, estimated at a 20% level.

  • Base Salary Range: $60,000-$79,000 commensurate with experience
