Steven Michelman

Founder/Co-Owner

Steven founded EPS in 2007, offering clients his expertise in entertainment design, engineering, project management and technical direction. He believes deeply in a boutique approach to customer service and puts strong emphasis on client satisfaction. He is dedicated to delivering the right and best product for the project, no matter the effort or the size. Through EPS, Steven has had the good fortune to work on projects around the world with teams from Walt Disney Imagineering, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Cirque du Soleil, Wynn Resorts, AMC Fabrication, and many others.  Not many people know that Steven can also ride a unicycle and juggle (at the same time). Steven is especially proud of his time served as a board member, Vice President, and President for Families for Effective Autism Treatment (F.E.A.T.), a local not-for-profit that helps families and children dealing with autism receive the services and support they need. He and his wife (yes, Molly) have lived in Las Vegas for the past 25 years and have two sons.

First introduction to the industry:

I was in a musical in high school.  Simply put, I was terrible. During rehearsals, I just came off stage and was met by the director. He walked me to where the scenery was being built, handed me a hammer and said, “I think you’ll be happier in here.”

What I listen to at work:

G. Love

Dream Vacation:

Taking my family to all of the places I have been lucky enough to see working on projects.

When I'm not at work...

Cooking, eating, and watching as much TV as possible, all with my family.
