Michelle Kadikian joined EPS in 2023 as Show Operations and Maintenance Manager. She brings over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry with a focus on scenic and performer flying automation, rigging, and installations in a wide variety of venues, both large and small around the world. Michelle is ETCP Certified in both arena and theatre rigging and is an ETCP Recognized Trainer.

I took a theatre class my senior year in high school on a whim. I was soon assigned to be the stage manager for our production of Dracula, mostly because no one else wanted to do it. I was hooked immediately. It was not a great production, but it changed the course of my life forever, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I’m a huge podcast fan. I listen to anything from This American Life to My Favorite Murder, and everything in between.
