Matt Hornyak joined EPS in 2023, bringing with him a diverse background in all aspects of construction and fabrication. In addition to overseeing large production operations, Matt is experienced in managing installations and holds extensive technical and safety certifications. His ability to solve challenges in the production process together with engineers and drafters has made him an integral part of the EPS team.

My father owned an auto shop when I was a kid, and I always wanted to create. I started welding at six years old and haven’t stopped yet.

I’m spending time with my wife of 18 years or my three children. My oldest is a sophomore in high school and plays elite level softball. My son plays football as a freshman. And my youngest dances competitively. We’re very busy.
