Lauren Kean joined EPS in 2023 as a Project Manager. In the years prior, she received her Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in production and project management. While still a student, she gained professional experience in several roles within the School of the Arts. Working her way up the ranks from Assistant Production Manager to Director of Production, she initiated and oversaw a variety of projects including a campus-wide event spanning multiple live performances among departments. Lauren has also worked as a production coordinator for live and touring productions at a historic amphitheater and concert venue. Her experience managing technical departments and facility operations make her an asset to the EPS team and its clients.

I grew up next to a theme park and spent my summers there, but the rest of my year was all about theatre.
I’m a mood listener, so I’m usually playlist-hopping every day. My big genres are usually pop, indie, and soul.
I’ve always wanted to go cage diving with great whites, so somewhere like Hawaii or South Africa. Singapore is also high on my list; it seems like a futuristic utopia of diverse cultures, greenery, great design, and incredible food!
I’m most often cooking, reading, taking care of my plants, and keeping up with pop culture.
