Who We Are Looking For

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that best fit their business objectives. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Priority will be given to candidates who are able to work in the Henderson, NV headquarters. This position may also be 100% remote if the candidate does not live in Nevada.

Your Day to Day

  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships, including cold calls of prospects and legacy clients; cultivate, maintain, and deepen relational account opportunities.
  • Develop plans to target new customers, including identifying potential clients and decision-makers within the target market and successfully converting them into new business opportunities.
  • Identify customer segments, their benefit to the organization, and the selling strategy for each tier.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to showcase our services to prospective clients.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Undertake the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients under your responsibility.
  • Respond to complaints, resolve issues, always aiming to achieve customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Be responsible for account management, client communications, and conflict resolution.
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account.
  • Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings.
  • Retain existing customers.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline.
  • Provide and present budgets, design concepts, and technical information to clients.
  • Negotiate with clients, solve problems, and make sure deadlines are met.
  • Travel to job sites both in and out of state.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate the values of the strategic plan, vision, and mission of the organization.

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Self-motivated, team player mentality with a strong sense of purpose within the organization.
  • Flexible thinker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Vendor and customer interaction experience.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent ability to analyze data and circumstances.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating and closing principles.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Exceptional organizational and strong time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Confidence, tact, and a professionally persuasive manner.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the client and projects undertaken.
  • Able to work under pressure without showing the workload.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks as well as multitask.
  • An acute eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks without general supervision.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a valid/ability to obtain a passport.
  • Knowledge of the company’s services/industry.
  • Willingness to work long hours, often under pressure.
  • Ability to work weekend and evening hours, as required.

Your Work Environment

Priority will be given to candidates who are able to work in the Henderson, NV headquarters. This position may also be 100% remote if the candidate does not live in Nevada. Most work will be performed in an office environment. As projects dictate or as needed to advance the strategies of the organization, travel will be needed for client meetings, presentations, trade shows, project support, or professional development. Travel is estimated at a 50% level.

Pay: The annual base salary range for this position in Nevada is $80,000 – $100,000. For states not referenced here, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. EPS considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer or future pay increases.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends as needed.
